PEAKTOX is an independently owned medical aesthetic practice led by a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Colorado. The practice was created to offer thoughtful, results-driven aesthetic care without shortcuts, sales pressure, or cookie-cutter treatment plans.

Clinical Leadership

PEAKTOX is clinically led by Rob Fore, MSN, FNP-C, CLS, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Laser Specialist. As an advanced practice provider practicing independently under Colorado law, Rob personally oversees all medical services, consultations, and treatment planning.

At PEAKTOX, aesthetics are approached as what they are—medical treatments. Every patient begins with a one-on-one consultation, and all care is tailored to individual anatomy, goals, and medical history. Treatment recommendations are conservative, evidence-based, and focused on long-term outcomes rather than trends.

Injectable Medications & Product Integrity

All injectable medications offered at PEAKTOX—including FDA-approved neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators—are prescription medical products ordered directly from the manufacturers. These treatments are administered only by licensed medical professionals following appropriate evaluation and informed consent.

Compounded GLP-1 Medications

Prescription GLP-1 medications, including compounded tirzepatide, are provided through an in-state Colorado compounding pharmacy operating under FDA 503A guidelines. Each prescription is individually prepared for the patient to ensure appropriate dosing, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Prescription Skincare

PEAKTOX also offers prescription skincare products through SKNV, an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. These products are prescribed when clinically appropriate and are used to support in-office treatments and long-term skin health.

Training, Technology & Continuing Education

Rob routinely attends in-person, in-state, national, and virtual medical aesthetic trainings and conferences to stay current with evolving techniques, devices, and safety standards. Ongoing education includes programs and training with industry leaders such as Galderma, Lutronic, and InMode.

Rob maintains active membership in professional organizations including the American Medical Spa Association (AmSpa), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.
